HUBERTS RENO
An existing tired and run down brick home in the Helena Valley created an opportunity for the current owners to inject a new lease of life into a modern rural home. To keep the overall build budget in check a design methodology was to retain the existing house structure where possible and reskin or extend to enhance the existing house. A large new living areas was created to connect with an expansive landscaped rear yard and pool. Existing wet areas and minor bedrooms were repurposed with a new master suite and ensuite extended to side areas. The overall new house design removes the existing clutter of the old house and opens up a refreshing open plan feel and modern aesthetical outcome.
