KW Café and playground redevelopment is the master plan design process undertaken with a proactive client and modern day caravan park making the most of its inner suburban location and existing facilities. The caravan parks best asset lied with the massive 3 pools and the surround facilities did not meet the standards required to create an overall entertainment and food / beverage facility. In consultation with the client, Darklight were engaged to create an overall vision and master plan for the park and then to design and project manage over a stage approached each individual component of the master plan. Through this process Darklight facilitated multiple successful projects through a new playground, gym facility, café, business centre, café, commercial kitchen and bar. After a 3 year redevelopment plan the new facilities have strengthen the caravan park popularity and provided a popular establishment for internal caravan park users and external surrounding suburbia residents.
