The client asked for a Black shed to sit out the back of her Niece's land in Wandi. She wanted a home to retreat to and have her own space whilst still being close to family. We were only allowed 100m2 for an ancillary dwelling consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with study, making multiple uses of the same spaces.
